Precept Upon Precept Bible Study
With this intuitive style of Bible study, you learn directly from the Bible using a series of thought-provoking guides. Class meets in room M222 at 9:30 on Wednesday mornings, led by Denise Beckman. Adult Bible Study on Galatians and Ephesians
Using Precept Ministries' New Inductive Study Series, this class uses guided study overviews. Free From Bondage God's Way will be a study of Galatians and Ephesians. Meets Wednesday evenings September 8 through December 8 led by Lindy Thomas. Details and registration are available here.
Have a New Kid By Friday
A class for parents based on Dr. Kevin Leman's book Have A New Kid By Friday. Take Dr. Leman's 5-day challenge to implement a new parenting strategy. Based on cause and effect instead of threats or fears, you'll soon be seeing lots of improvement in your child's behavior and experience a closer bond as well. Led by Carolyn & Doug Giffen. The Five Love Languages for Singles
Gary Chapman's book The Five Love Languages for Singles will be the 7-week study for this class led by Rev. Keva Green. This study delivers advice specifically for single adults who want to know how to better express and receive love. Details and registration are available here.
Adult Choir
Choir rehearsals will resume September 1 at 7:00pm. Join the choir and enjoy leading the congregation in worship!
FIRST Kids
Kindergarten - 4th Graders start out with music including singing, instruments and movement. From there they go to age-level Small Groups for Bible teaching and life application. The evening is topped off with game time and lots of laughter. Begins at 6:45 p.m. during the school year.
END Zone/Preteens - Grades 5 & 6
This lively group calls itself "E.N.D. Zone" which stands for "Equipping New Disciples". E.N.D. Zone meets each Wednesday night and continues through the summer offering a time of fun and games as well as Bible study. The summer months include outings and socials so that this group of young people can make friends within their church family and be ready to move into the youth group upon entering 7th grade.
FIRST Kids Fine Arts
Age appropriate choral & drama opportunities under direction of Dana Van Steenbergen, The ministry includes two special events per year for students Kindergarten through 4th grade. This is part of our Wednesday Evening Program during the school year.
Paneh Praise
For 4th –8th graders is a unique form of worship through movement and dance. Contact Dana VanSteenbergen for more information.
Youth (Grades 6-12)
Youth PRIORITY meets in the Youth Room on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m., with Bible study, small groups, games, and fellowship.
