If you have children, our Childrens’ Ministry and Youth Ministry is ready to welcome them with open arms. FIRST KIDS for Kindergarten through fourth grade; End Zone for 5th and 6th; and   Our nursery is a nurturing haven for the precious little ones and they will find loving arms to rest in while you attend services. Youth, grades 7th through 12th will be encouraged and taught how to apply God’s Word in their lives.

First Friends Lunch

Have lunch with the First Friends Team at the pastor's home.  These lunches provide an opportunity to get acquainted with our staff and some of our members.  Learn about our church and have a chance to ask questions.  Contact Carolyn at cgiffen@firstchurch.net , for more information.

First Class - New Member Classes

These three-week classes are offered during the Sunday school hour or Wednesday evenings for new and prospective members, affording them an opportunity to learn more about the church.  We will focus on - 1) being a Christian, 2) the United Methodist Church and our beliefs, and the last week, 3) being a part of First Church and the many opportunities available as a part of this church family.

Small Groups

Following Jesus was never meant to be done by ourselves. Small Groups are places where those wanting to live faithful lives meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to process life and everything God may be trying to teach us.
