Carrollton Christian Academy

Carrollton Christian Academy is committed to providing a top-level educational experience for all of its students, and embraces the mission of a quality college preparatory education. With a balanced vision of academic excellence, cultural wealth in the arts, spiritual development focused on God’s truth, and athletic achievement, CCA builds upon a remarkable record of success – ninety-seven percent of CCA students go on to competitive colleges, and 40 percent of our seniors are members of the National Honor Society.

Founded in 1980 as a ministry of First United Methodist Church of Carrollton, CCA serves an interdenominational student/family community, Pre-K through 12th grade. The School seeks to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ and cultivate a Christian intellectual world view in the hearts and minds of every student.

The mission of CCA is to "develop future leaders through Christ-centered academics, arts and athletics, who choose character before career, wisdom beyond scholarship, service before self, and participation as a way of life."

  • The Gospel presented on a daily basis.  A sense of God's presence exists daily in our hallways, classrooms, and administrative offices.  CCA faculty and administration consistently seek God's wisdom when faced with daily decisions, and seek to minister God’s grace in a deliberate way on campus.
  • Overall 3A State Runner-Up in TAPPS.  CCA continually produces State Champions and Champion-level performances in academics, arts, and athletics.  The search for excellence is a constant factor in all programs, activities, and events at CCA.
  • Dually accredited through SACS and ACSI.   A broad base of distinguished educators has consistently acknowledged our distinctive academic credibility through the accrediting process. Our standards continually set us apart and demonstrate our ability to meet the highest of educational standards.
  • SAT scores remain well above the National average.  We consider our overall SAT performance an outstanding accomplishment that demonstrates not only solid instruction from our faculty, but excellent overall academic achievement from our student population.
  • International student program.  CCA is authorized to issue the SEVIS I-20 to international students who meet acceptance requirements into CCA.  CCA currently has international students from Korea, Vietnam, and Burma.
