On a typical Sunday, Lauren is the service producer. She coordinates details with the pastors, oversees the tech team, and assists the worship team with anything but actually creating music. During the week, she helps plan worship, maintains the tech equipment, manages the website, wrangles the copier and cutter, oversees marketing and design for upcoming events, and occasionally dabbles in video editing and stage design. She also loves to preach and teach.

When she is not at work, Lauren is probably reading or writing for her PhD dissertation in Wesleyan theology. In her spare time, she enjoys making things with power tools, cheering on the Texas Rangers, and hanging out with friends and family. If Lauren were a prehistoric creature, she'd be a pterodactyl because flying is more fun than being eaten.
